Reservations are required for all groups of more than 10 people (at least two weeks before the date of the visit) and must be confirmed up to one week in advance.

In January, only groups have access to the museum and the fortress on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. From February 1st to December 14th, the museum is open to groups as well as to the general public.
